Returns and refunds policy
YoEmigro Canada Immigration Inc. is committed to providing professional services with diligence and transparency.
Due to the professional and personalized nature of immigration services, refunds are subject to the conditions established in this policy.
The client acknowledges that no immigration representative can guarantee the approval of an application. A refusal of a visa, permit, or permanent residence application does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed consultations;
- Consultations canceled with less than twelve hours in advance;
- Completed immigration assessments;
- Services fully or partially performed;
- Government fees;
- Payments made to third parties;
- Administrative expenses;
- Partial Refunds
In the event of cancellation by the client before substantial work on the service has been performed, a partial refund corresponding to the unperformed portion of the service may be granted.
The amount will be determined considering time invested, work completed, administrative expenses, and costs already incurred.
- Cancellations
Cancellation requests by the client must be submitted in writing. YoEmigro Canada Immigration Inc. will evaluate each case individually.
YoEmigro Canada Immigration Inc. reserves the right to cancel or terminate services in the event of lack of client cooperation; false or misleading information; abusive conduct; non-payment; conflict of interest; or ethical or legal circumstances preventing continued representation.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take between 7 and 30 business days depending on the payment method used.
