- Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise indicated:
- All amounts are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD);
- Payments do not include government fees, translations, biometrics, medical examinations, or other third-party expenses;
- Payments must be made according to the agreed dates.
We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
- Consultations and Appointments
Consultations may be conducted virtually, by telephone, or in person.
Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges or forfeiture of the session.
